The toolkit answers "what do I actually do on Monday morning?" by turning the frameworks into three periods, each with the evidence to hold at the end. Week one is assessment only, plus starting the long-pole clocks (vendor agreements, consultation obligations, impact assessments) because none of them compresses. The first month stages departments, picks first wins with Three-Lens, starts the first factory sprint and recruits the CoE nucleus. Day ninety ends with a 90-Day Evidence Check.
