The Verification Map
Owning a layer means answering for the quality of what it supplies, and the check for that is the Verification Map, five questions asked of the context a layer feeds an agent, or of any AI-generated artefact built on it

The map is a quality check, separate from the context hierarchy: the hierarchy says where context lives and who owns it, the map checks what each layer supplies. Each check is a question the layer owner must answer. The book's rule is short: a layer that cannot pass the map is not ready to scale, whoever owns it. The book credits the data-quality dimensions tradition it builds on.
