The last mile is you.

Treat a digital coworker like a new hire and onboard it. In a well-run enterprise the upper context layers (company, market unit, business line, role) arrive on their own; the bottom layer no company can supply. It is how you want to be worked with: your tempo, format, when to act and when to ask. It is non-transferable: someone else's would be "worse than nothing". The best last mile "is not long.
