What it does

The memo renders as a fixed-section board paper in serif, with the section skeleton the audience expects rather than whatever the model felt like producing.
Tighten. More formal. Sharpen risks. Halve length. Regenerate. Each pass rewrites in place — no prompt engineering.
Ambiguities come back as explicit [TO CONFIRM: …] markers instead of confident guesses. Declarative, no hedging, numbers over adjectives.
Every memo stored locally on the phone. Long-press to delete. Deleting the app deletes them permanently — there is no copy anywhere else.
Apple's on-device speech recognition. The audio and the transcript both stay on the phone; nothing is written to a file or uploaded.
