Two books. Two different questions.

Two books. Two different questions.

AI Don’t Fix Stupidity asks what your organisation has to become. AI amplifies what is already there, the good and the bad. A bad decision now arrives in nine seconds instead of nine days. So the work is the operating model, decision rights and how work gets done on a Tuesday. Not the model you pick.

AI Don’t Make You Smarter asks who you have to become inside it. AI won’t make you smarter. The partnership will. The better you already are at your craft, the better partner you are with AI.

One is for the leadership team. The other is for everyone who sits next to an AI coworker on Monday morning. They work best read together.

Both are out as audiobooks on Spotify: 🎧 AI Don’t Fix Stupidity: https://lnkd.in/eDT-Jscz 🎧 AI Don’t Make You Smarter: https://lnkd.in/e5kXFBYK

Thanks to Marthina Elmqvist, Lisbeth Truong, Evelina Brynzér, Marte Seeberg and Beatrice Silow for making it real.

Which of the two questions is your organisation stuck on?
